By accessing or using the AIOE Image Generator service operated by ScaleCommerce Group AB ("AIOE", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, free-tier users, and paying subscribers.
You must create an account to use AIOE Image Generator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or contain inaccurate information.
AIOE Image Generator operates on a credit-based system. Different operations consume different amounts of credits:
Subscription plans include a monthly credit allocation that resets each billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Credit packs purchased separately do not expire and are consumed after your monthly allocation is depleted.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis through Stripe. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees.

The AIOE Image Generator platform, including its design, code, features, AI models, templates, and documentation, is the intellectual property of ScaleCommerce Group AB. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform itself. Our trademarks, logos, and brand assets may not be used without prior written consent.
Images generated through AIOE Image Generator are licensed to you for commercial and personal use. You may use generated images on e-commerce platforms, in advertisements, on social media, in print materials, and for any other lawful purpose. You retain the rights to use, modify, and distribute the generated images without attribution.
We do not claim ownership over images you generate. However, we reserve the right to use anonymized, aggregated data about generation patterns to improve our service. We do not use your specific generated images for marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScaleCommerce Group AB and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Credit Packs: Purchased credit packs are non-refundable. Credits are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be returned once added to your account.
Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a manner that is harmful to us or other users. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you should discontinue use and delete your account.
